Tim Warren was first elected to Bath and North East Somerset Council in 2003 to represent Mendip ward which he continues to serve. Mr Warren served as Deputy Leader of the Conservative group and shadow cabinet member for transport from 2011 -2013.

Cllr Ashton was educated locally at Clifton College and then the London College of Business Studies. He then went on to work for the British Printing Corporation, Dalgety and the Imperial Group. After working in London and the USA, he moved to North Somerset in 1986.
